BME Winterfest Volunteers

It is time for Winterfest again!  Winterfest is the best after school party of the year, where our elementary school kids can have a great time together.  Last year was a holiday carnival-type feel.  This year will be similar with a few different elements added in, including an opitonal Cupcake Decorating contest!

We are trying to gather volunteers for this fun event for our BME kids on January 30th.  If we cannot get enough volunteers by January 13th, we will be forced to cancel the event.  So please consider volunteering!

All volunteers are encouraged to come ready to either man a booth or help supervise kids during our big group games!  Kids are staying after school so we need volunteers to arrive by 2:30 to start chaperoning the students.
