Thank you for your consideration of a partnership in financial support of Black Mountain Primary and Elementary School’s Parent Teacher Organizations (PTO).  Our PTO is strongly committed to helping our children become excellent students who take pride in their school and community so that they will in turn be caring and productive future leaders of our community and beyond. Beginning its eleventh year of operation, involvement in the PTO is growing and we are working on many projects to support the school and offer a well-rounded academic experience for our students. Sponsors of the BMS PTO will:

Your support of our PTO Business Partnership will help enable our PTO to: 

• Host staff appreciation functions throughout the year
• Provide additional funds for each teacher to help cover their classroom expenses
• Improve school grounds and facilities 
• Provide additional enrichment resources to music, P.E. and media/cultural arts programs
• Fund annual school events such as Field Day and the Art Show
• Provide special family activities to encourage a sense of community
• Allow funds for our principals to use where most needed

As seen in the chart on the following page, there are several levels of sponsorship. In return for your support, we will recognize your company’s sponsorship as we are able in our PTO monthly newsletter, on our PTO school bulletin board, and verbally when other opportunities arise.  Additionally, we will encourage our families to patronize your business.

All gifts are tax-deductible through the Buncombe County Schools Foundation. An acknowledgement will be sent with our tax id.
